Guidance and pickup support for eligible laboratory kits, without unnecessary travel.
Service availability depends on the laboratory, required documentation, the patient’s location and our readiness to perform the visit. Not all services are available at launch.

We review the request and final price first. Payment is only requested after approval.

After payment is verified, we confirm the visit and handle the specimen as instructed by the lab.
Good to know Ellya Care performs the specimen draw or service. Your laboratory or healthcare provider is responsible for the test results.

Do I need a lab order?
Most blood draws require a valid order from your healthcare provider or eligible lab-kit instructions. Requirements will be reviewed before a visit is approved.
Does Ellya Care perform the blood tests?
No. Ellya Care provides the mobile blood draw and eligible specimen services. Your designated laboratory performs the testing, and your laboratory or provider provides the results.
When do I pay for a visit?
Once booking opens, we’ll review your visit request and final price. Secure payment is requested only after approval, before the visit is confirmed.
Can I request a blood draw for today?
We plan to offer same-day appointment requests when staff, travel time and laboratory handling requirements allow. Your requested visit needs approval and payment before it is confirmed. We are not yet accepting online bookings.
